| How to register: Use the appropriate link for
registering a new user. After agreement, you'll provide some basic
information. After logging into members area, you'll provide the rest of of
information (Company Information & Jobs Vacancies or Job Seeker
Information). You can't change your username. Logging in: Use the appropriate link to enter to the members area. You'll be asked for Username and Password you provided in registration. In case you you forget your login information, you can retrieve them by providing the email you used in registration. |
| Jobs Section: |
| Members area: in members area, you can Edit
Registration Information, Edit Company Information, Edit Company Logo (if
site admin enabled uploading), Add and Edit Job Vacancies, and Deleting a
Company; please note that deleting a company will delete all job vacancies
placed by it. Company profile: every company have a profile page (company details page) where the company information and job vacancies of this company are listed. This page is seen by all. However, a company owner has some additional options like add job vacancies or editing them, how many times the job is viewed and replied (admin can clear those views & replies statistics any time), attaching a file to a job, deleting a job, and viewing matching resumes for each job... This page won't be online (seen by others) until we approve it. Also, editing the company information will remove this approval automatically (if site admin chose so) Add/Edit new job vacancy: to add a new job you have to provide some required information regarding it. Important point here is that you can define any currency for your job; the system will automatically translate the amount to a main currency (chosen by the site admin). Any new job won't be online (seen by others) until we approve it. Also, editing the job information will remove this approval automatically. (if site admin choose so). You can post as many as you want of Jobs vacancies (unless site admin choose otherwise; e.g., the site admin might make some jobs placing free and the rest are paid). You can upload a file regarding this job too from the company profile page; that's is after you finish of providing the main information of the job (if site admin enabled uploading) Uploading: If site admin enabled uploading feature, you can upload the company logo (JPG, GIF) and a file regarding jobs you add (ZIP, RAR) Searching: Two search pages are available. One is to search in companies. The other is to search in jobs. One important thing in searching is if you left currency undetermined yet you chose a salary amount, the system will use the translation equivalent (for the main currency chosen by site admin) in searching. Also, note, that you can't search in salary unless you choose that salary type is specified. You can also save your searches so you don't need to re-do the search again. |
| Resumes Section: |
| Members area: You can here control your resume
settings. And your profile won't be online (seen by others until it's
approved by site admin. Most editing: Basic Information, Education,
Experience, and Uploading (if enabled by site admin) will cause removal of
admin approval automatically until it's approved again. After you add the
basic information, you can add as many as education degrees, experiences,
references, spoken languages as much as you want unless it's limited by site
admin. Note, also, that as a Job Seeker, you can choose not to show your
contact information; in other words, making your contact information
(Address, Day Phone, Other Phone, and Website) public or not. But the show
contact option won't have an effect if the Site Admin chose to hide Contact
Information. Uploading: If site admin enabled uploading feature, you can upload the company logo (JPG, GIF) and a file regarding jobs you add (ZIP, RAR) Searching: Three Search Types are provided: First, general search, education degrees search, and experience search. Please note that education and experience searches might generate repeated results since a user can have many degrees or many experiences. You can also save your searches so you don't need to re-do the search again. |
| Messages Center: |
| Job Seekers can only contact Companies. Companies can only
contact Job Seekers. Job seekers can apply as many as they want for jobs.
However, companies can only contact job seekers up to the numbers allowed by
site admin unless they are a special companies. You can trace sent PM in Outbox of being read or not, and in Inbox of being replied or not. Sent Messages are saved in Outbox until they are deleted by the receiver. Please note that only limited numbers determined by site admin are allowed to be in your inbox |
