Everything beyond this sense is, at best cases, called "knowledge". Which some individuals may enjoy. But it has been until recently in the back seat of the society away from the domain of control and leadership. Moreover, the difference between the two concepts "science" and "knowledge" is only existent in the Western Terminology.

Thus, since the story of the universe and its relationship with the Creator and that of Man's journey in life don't fall within the domain of the visible observable experiments of science, the Western man has every right not to concern about those issues or pay any attention whatsoever to them.

This is the story of the broken / collapsed bridge and the gap between the material reality the West is indulged in and the spectacular future faith, that I do think , the West, as well, will soon end up to.

So what about the story of the efforts that are being exerted in the Western world to amend this bridge and to strength it forth?

It goes without saying that the one in charge for the imprisonment of the word "Science" within the visible observed experiment is the West from which plenty of scientists mastered experimental sciences. this could be obviously seen in the notions of three pioneering century, i.e., Galileo, Dikhart, and Newton.

I will probably not exaggerate if I say that these three scientists had been the first to confine the meaning of the word "science" within these tights but rather suffocating material limits. For if they consider "substance" as the source for the whole universe, then that suffocation material (physical) prison was indeed (in their point of view) the operating theater for the scientific researches.

Contrastively, the 20th Century inventions knocked down Newton's Physics and his predictions and so led physics to abandon the notion of infinite time and endless place, and to consider the equivalence of the matter and energy as a result brought about by the pivotal position of the observer.

In other words, any person who seems to be observing is actually an essential part in the world of physics and its laws, not merely a spectator judge as Newton and his adherents thought.

Zoology, on the other hand, was not compatible with the previous conceptions and predictions of the physical intellection which tremendously flourished and reached its zenith in the 20th century.
It unexpectedly came up with new different conceptions which refuted and knocked down the previous successive and contradicted evolution theories. The last one perhaps to proclaim the invalidity of those theories was Maurice Bucaille in his book “What is The Origin of Man”.

Under this vehement transformation, scientists must have been showered with questions beyond the limits of the visible material world whereby the Western Man, in particular, would insist on science and nothing but science to provide persuasive and satisfied answers, So, with science in the firing line, and apology is the only way out.

Hence, science is at a loss for words when certain issues are called into questions; issues such as the birth of human existence, news from ancient times, the destiny of man after death and what man is coming up against or the reality of mind or the soul and its location in the body. Science then would come up with: This has nothing to do with me, or no available answers!!

Under these circumstances, the mind has got the right to question if science is at all useful?!.
For this or that reason, a crisis has been, sometime ago, spreading along between the mind and the science following the process of transformation indicated earlier, And as a result, some scientists in the West went into shedding new light on the outdated meaning of the word “Science” and plenty of books have been recently published in the West aiming at putting science into new perspective so as to reconcile between the “mind which looks for the ultimate truth and “science” which is not allowed to go beyond the limits of the so-called “substance”.

The West is now passing gradually over this phase of random detachment between “science” and “knowledge” as an effort to entitle the mind to say-so; the mind which has always been yearning for the ultimate truth.

The mind says that the source of science honor (in the whole universe and throughout the past generations) is the assurance that should be delivered by science to the mind; yet, this assurance is meant to be compatible with the reality that science adheres to. So, once assurance is established and the message of science is delivered, there will be no problem to have different terms or approaches for the word “assurance” or the word “science” as far as the significant target of science is achieved.

As soon as this transformation is complete, the list of topics be inspected by science will expand to include all the truths of universe and on top of that is the unseen matters related to the existence of the Creator; i.e. the Almighty God, and to the existence and end of Man.

It is worth mentioning that, just as the West knew that the course to approach certainty in material/ physical issues is observation and experimentation, they will know today that the way to reach scientific certainty in unseen supernatural matters is to depend on authentic systematic news that will lastly lead to divine revelation through which God speaks to his people identifying Himself and making them aware of the story of Man’s journey in life.

The West will not take on to God (and have faith in Him) in a traditional foggy way beyond the reach of science whereby they will stand akimbo against corruption. They will actually approach God in the same way a starving man approaches food awaiting him, or a straying man who, after so long, comes back home.

Through this approach, they will get to know God in their minds first and then they will turn to Him pushed by deep love; today it is love that the Western Man is thirsty for not knowledge.
The transformation that will follow the dealing with the new perspective meaning of science will take the following course:

The mind will get to realize first, by means of scientific channels, the existence of God, His Oneness and Dominion in the universe. Then, a permanent remembering or invocation of the God (Who alone possesses this unequalled / unrivalled power) will prevail; and bit by bit, Man will get to know that the universe is no more than a pure page on which are inscribed the masterpieces of this Creator, the Almighty God. The graces that people are blessed of are from one true source of graces. The perfection in any creation is no more than a single aspect of the true source of perfection. The heart - capturing and eye - catching beauty is no more than a hint in the Creator of the whole beauty. And the science with its high - rank associates is no more than a drop in the ocean from the Knower of the things unseen; God the Almighty.

This continuous realization awakens the heart and puts it under the spell of deep love to the possessor of these qualities, and the beams of this love will storm the heart and elevate it to the source of all these qualities, i.e. God the Almighty. So, all scattered sources of love would unify in one love, and no other: the love of God.

Therefore, as a result of this intellectual certainty about God through the new perspective of science and through this heart-overwhelming, love that would follow; the foreseen transformation is accomplished to correspond with the Words of God:
“O ye who believe! if any from among you turn back from his Faith, Allah will bring a people whom He will love and who will love Him - lowly with the believers, mighty against the unbelievers, fighting in the way of Allah and never afraid of the reproaches of such as find fault”. (Surat Al-Maidah:5/54)

The whole world will soon witness that the western civilization would not miss the key of the human happiness nor would it throw it away beyond the reach of Man, as some pessimists conceive.

The light of Islam is still on, and the human sentiments will find the key they have been looking for everywhere for happiness. This key will be found in the West itself, and this will through the light of science under its NEW perspective.

Finally, may God bless the soul of the genius his age, Said al-Nuree, who was called “Badee al-Zaman”, when asked by the Mufti of Egypt, Sheikh Bakheet al-Mutee, at the time Ottoman Caliphate was coming to its end: What do you think about the destiny of the Ottoman Caliphate and the conspiracies plotted against it in Europe? He replied "the Ottoman Caliphate is pregnant and will one day give birth to Islam".
